Milk Tea Flan with Boba

Steep 5 black teabags with 1 ¾ cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, and salt for 30 minutes then let it cool down. On a different mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar then slowly add the milk mixture while gently whisking without creating lots of foam. Divide the mixture into the prepared ramekins or custard cups and bake for 30 minutes at 325°F. Let it cool down and serve with tapioca pearls.

Honey Milk Tea Pudding with Boba

Simply boil 1 3/4 cup milk, sugar, honey, 1 pack of gelatin, and three teabags of black tea.
